Replied: 5th Apr 2022 at 20:49
No Tom. I avoid Manchester Airport like the plague!
Ryanair, £7.99 there, £9.99 return, Liverpool Airport - it's the future!
PS. Mind you, it was sunny but bloody cold, up on that roof, installing solar panels in a freezing wind.

Hello El Tonko... Hope you had time for a pint or two... Picking your brains... My lad has taken possession of his house last week... It was a rental property till the owner finally sold up.... It has solar panels on the roof and a meter in the leccy box and a big on/off type of switch... No idea how it works... Any info appreciated... It is working... Lights and numbers on display etc....

The system is most likely to be on a grid-tie contract and, therefore, will belong to some body / company.
It should all have been covered by the solicitor who did the transfer of ownership (conveyance). That said, I'd expect the meter to be labelled with the name of installer?

BB, I'm sure Tonkers advice will be spot on But, There are a couple of self acclaimed, certificated, executive electrical Engineers who might be able to further advice once they, Google the situation,

Ta Tonks and TP... I will have a closer look at the meter... Can't get hold of the seller... Think she's bogged off abroad... Had to change all window locks today... Not a key in sight.

Ask a policeman!
No, only joking, he'll not know his arse from his elbow. That's why he's a policeman!
No, hey, seriously, I'd contact the solicitor who did the transfer as it's illegal to not give the correct details when you sell a property via TA10 form and EPC certificate, both of which are legally required and can incur large fines if not given correctly.

Rio, no, I don't think it's a Zebra Gecko. I think they are all the same type, but they are different sizes and colours, depending on where they live.
And Tommy Two Stroke gets the Kit-Kat !

That is because yoo are colour blind
Replied: 7th Apr 2022 at 20:02
I will dispute the kitkat award because, I did identify the lizard and described it, ' its tail pointing down' which it is, Also BB saw it but did not explain where or what position it was in,
So I claim the Kitkat but, because of my sense of fairness and my fear of getting overweigh, I hereby request you give my prize to tommy 2 strokes as a gesture of goodwill
