Fish fingers chips and peas for me and perhaps a slice of bread to make a butty. Certainly not slimming but I don’t care.

You've failed to see the problem with your gang, Terry hypnotized you and you can't live without him, Whether he was banned or not, you don't know, You need help mate, here's a suggestion,
Start some threads of interest, tell us about your life as a pot hole filler or make something up like your pal does, Forget Terry. forget Me and draw a line under your past, Step up, open your eyes and see the Sunshine and the beauty all around, GET A LIFE,

As a youngster the menu was Set... If you said " I don't like that".. Mum's reply "You're soon served". And that was it..you got nothing else.

anyroad for the same reasons as the other thread, I'm not being associated with you two jokers any longer on this thread,
maybe I might be tempted on another but, don't count on it, mind your tail don't get scratched on the kerb as its tucked between your legs on the way home,

Nothing new here then eh Tom?

Just promise us one thing....
If as you say you are tempted on another thread, and lets face it, that's a knocking bet..........You wont spit your dummy out and throw another strop when it doesn't go your way

It saddens me that so many folk on here are so disrespectful to one another, and argue about things that have no consequence.

Anyway, in our house when we were kids, it was “Mam, mam, what’s for tea,” and invariably the reply would be either “Donkey cakes and buns, or liver and r’soles,” which always made us laugh. That was mum’s sensa yuma!

I know a lot of people don’t like threads like this so there’s no need for them to comment negatively. I don’t comment on threads that I’m not interested in but, for some, I think a subject like this perhaps can inspire folk to cook something different, for a change, from the old same old same old.

Last night I cooked smoked haddock in butter with king prawns, mashed potato, vine tomatoes and Hollandaise sauce.

Tonight I had chicken with a medley of vegetables, mashed spud and a chicken sauce.
