"If you need someone to talk to, you can contact a Samaritan anytime" - "We're here to listen".

So I rang, at 5.55am, Sunday morning, to ask what they thought of Tyson Fury's victory over Deontay Wilder and their opinion of the fight.

They hung up!

Similar happened to me Tonker when I rang the gambling help line.

They told me to ring back at 20/1.

20/1 indeed, Broady.

Tonker, I’ve not rung the Samaritans, but I was lucky enough to visit the Wigan Branch once to collect posters etc for a local organisation, and got given a tour by the manager.

They can’t offer face to face support in Dicconson Street at the moment, but when they can I’d recommend giving it a try to anyone who’s struggling.
