Masks

All the cctv footage of robberies and the like, why does nobody recognise the culprits because of masks? I've been around town umpteen times and the amount of folk you bang into with face covering and baseball caps on and yet you know who it is straight away, just wondering is it just me?

Maybe. I have bumped into people and not recognised them, but they have recognised me.
