Goose Green - Traffic Chaos

Started by: Tommy Two Stroke (15202)

They have started work on the junction and cycle lane construction, in between the new road roundabout and Sniffy Brook Road, they were ripping up the central reservation, and they had four way lights in operation, and it was all coned off to just one lane in every direction

It took half an hour to go from the Stephens Way/Warrington Road junction, too the new road roundabout

Hafe an hour to get on to the new road

But every cloud has a silver lining and at least that Tomplum will be happy

I'm So happy that I ride up and down the congested traffic and sing my little song

You're all in a traffic jam, you're all in a traffic jam,
you're all in a traffic jam, you're not going anywhere,
OH how they love that tune, you should see their little faces and wishing now they'd stayed at home along with Gov't guidance,

The other people in the congestion will also be thinking, " why is that Tonker on the road, does he not know its, essential travel only "

Tomplum
Try the council website - search for mayor's charity fund, all the details and plans are there.

Here is the link to the afore mentioned page

So it sounds like there are going to be three lanes as you approach the roundabout, two lanes for the new road, and a lane for carrying on down Warrington Road, and putting in a left turn lane for Stinky Brook Road

All good stuff

BIke lanes will probably be reet too
