A cleaner is indeed important but, they are no longer called a cleaner,
A domestic assistant is the job title in the NHS and, they are included in my first post of NHS employees, without them the hospital would close, During the last, super germ infection some years ago, ALL hospital cleaners became better trained and gain certificates for, mopping floors and choosing the right mop for the floor they were cleaning, they also learned H&S issues and put out the appropriate warning cones, So yes, A cleaner is a key worker and rightly so,

Don't forget the corner shop owner/keeper, We are a lifeline for people who have no car, The buses are unsafe for the elderly, They don't trust the new aged Taxi driver because he will take them 20 miles to a 5 mile destination, Thats why I am busier now than ever before,
Yesterday an old dear from half a mile away came in for 5 woodbines, a bottle of Gin and half an ounce of old Holborn for her partner, She asked if I sold little Zeppelins, which I do. So she bought a pack of five and I drove her home, £20 was the total charge to her, she was so happy with that she gave me a fiver tip and offered me in to have a cuppa but I had to decline because I'd locked the shop up as My assistant is off poorly,
You don't get service like that at Asda,

Law abiding people are low on the list. Illegals and prisoners are not top of the list. Same with accomidation some illegals are in 4 star hotels but if you are lucky enough to have a holiday you get a 3 star hotel and it could cost thousands to stay there

All care home staff need jabs irrespective of age. Would you like your relative being served food cooked by an asymptomatic 16 year old?
I think not.
