I keep getting a message telling me to change my password is this a scam?

I haven’t had any messages, Linma, is it a pop up or via email?

It's a scam

There is no option on this site to change your password even if you wanted to.

Good morning jo Anne. It appeared again this morning and it reads “this password has appeared on a data leak which puts this account at high risk. You should change your password immediately”.
It’s not an email it’s in a box. Reading it again it’s laughable and I can see it’s a scam. Sign of age, me at times being slow.
