I think the government ....

.... are taking advice off the windowcleaner!

".... if we're going to get on top of this virus we absolutely have to get right back to where we were in March ...."

"Another lockdown is needed to control the surge"

"Which means that everybody is at home and you don't have many people on the streets".

Boris Johnson says, "You must stay at home".

Chris Whitty says, "Save the NHS. Stay at home"!

Then, another 'expert' says, "Coronavirus cases are expected to drop in the spring due to vaccinations plus the fact people spend more time outdoors, making it harder for the virus to spread."

So. Do we "Stay at home"? or do we "Spend more time outdoors"?

Who knows? Certainly not them men!

Spend a fortune on heating to warm your home then open windows to let the virus out

The government is taking advice from Tony Blair. He's changed the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change into giving advice on mass testing and rolling out the vaccines. He's been meeting Hancock, Baroness Harding and Steve Bates. He's all over this pandemic. I'd love to know if the taxpayer is funding him.

I wouldn't trust Blair as far as I could kick him.
