CO-VID TESTS

Whats happening to this country of ours ? I thought that when someone went out of the country be it for an holiday or visiting friends/family when you return i thought one had to be tested or fill in forms etc ,but apparently this is not happening people have come home from the USA and other places but have just breezed through without being asked any questions or filling any forms whatsoever is it really that difficult to carry out a quick check when people come back into this country especially as they have come from other infected countries ?? ONE HAS TO ASK ONESELF JUST HOW THE HELL DID WE MANAGE TO WIN TWO WORLD WARS the incompetance that is being shown throughout this pandemic makes me wonder and it does not fill me with any confidence whatsoever .
