Mick yet again you prove rules do not apply to you 1st you go past the barriers which are put there to stop all vehicles then you video a sign which shows no photography yet you carried on regardless and spend nearly 2 mins videoing a car park Either you are thick skinned or just thick. One of these days someone will pass your unautherized videos to the relevent people council/police and I hope they fine you

On the 4 o'clock news they said there are no tests available in the top ten hot spots and almost none in the top twenty. It seems there are no tests at Chapel Lane.

PeterP its a public information film, so people like you will know where it is if you are going for a test.
Just a reminder dont take a camera.

Thick Mick its ok for you to make an illegal video but then tell me not to take a camera if I needed to use this test site.If you wanted to make a public information film at least show where the car park is in relation to the town centre and then you could film the area from the outside not ride round the site.

On about Wigan Covid, which the figures which were released yesterday, said that up to the 10th September, the infection figures in Wigan were 42 people per 100,000 last week it was 62

Bolton Covid on the other hand has risen to 192 per 100,000 which is the worst in the country, and on the media very little is said about the fact that the countries areas of high infection rates, are in towns of high ethnic minority populations, where they live in houses of multiple occupation, with 12 to a room, and they breed like wabbits

But yoo can't say that can yoo

PeterP by watching the video any proper Wiganer will be able to see were this location is, OK take a camera if you want but Im just pointing out to you the sign does No Photos.
But when I see a sign saying no photos, I start snapping as many as I can before Im spotted and given a warning.

The arguments regarding the taking of photos of the public and in public places run and run, however when an individuals privacy is being compromised and invaded it is a different matter. It was only last week Mick was making films around the hospital morgue and I found myself thinking how disrespectful is this?

Not sure of the policy at The Royal Albert but I know for a fact other hospitals expressly forbid the taking of photos on their sites without permission and I don't doubt they are any different. The concepts of integrity, decency, respect and dignity are obviously lost

If I was in the position I certainly wouldn't want pictures of myself being treated posted all over the internet for all to see. Had the site been operational no doubt one of the numerous security guards they employ at these locations would have dealt with him.......harshly one hopes.

A hugely disrespectful individual. Without morals or principals.
Who continually berates others for breaking rules and regulations. But thinks he is a paragon of society. The man is a moron.

Do as I say, not as I do. Condemning others for disregarding rules, while doing just that yourself. Hypocrite.

Brush and Big Harold/Mick/ et al, the two most constantly banned people from WW and they pontificate about others being ex members coming back. People on here remember you for what you are Fat Mick.

Is there a rule saying people who have left by their own accord cannot return if they so wish?

Anybody 'normal' would say "testing site on Darlington Street". Purely due to the fact that it's actually sited off, and is accessed off, Darlington Street, not Chapel Lane.

But, Wigan will always be Wigan. Anything can happen in the next five minutes!

Thick or what?

Wigan Borough has moved from Green to Amber for new cases.
- There have been no COVID-related death registered in the latest week.
- Wigan has the third lowest rate of new cases in Greater Manchester

" Anything can happen in the next five minutes!"

On about witch .......

Britbox have released all of me favourite Gerry Anderson progs from the 1960s and 70s

Supercar
Fireball XL5
Stingray
Thunderbirds
Captain Scarlet
Joe 90
The Secret Service
UFO
Space 1999

AND

The Prisoner

And all have been redone in HD

Because they were filmed on film, not video, and as such, they can be turned into HD and even 4K HD from film, which is really Kool

I agree, PeterP but I believe there is insufficient testing kits to go around now, so it would be pointless to redeploy.
