Started by: Billinge Biker (2384)

That Tool... Andy Burnham from leigh... Always on the fence as a politician (failed miserably) voted as main mon in Gtr Manchester. Apologises to ethnics for "spoiling Eed or whatever". I don't recall him saying same at Easter for the Christians... Or did I miss it?

This is the idiot who upped our precept on our rates to give 16-18 yr old free bus passes yet told pensioners if they want to use trains and trams would have to PAY £10 a year

The world as a whole seems to be run by useless politicians. Where have the people of substance gone to? Maybe more lucrative in the business world.

Andy Burnham is a good politician. If he was crap, he wouldn't be where he is today.
In politics, you can't please all of the people all of the time. And it was the areas Labour voting majority that gave him a head start!

You can put a monkey for election wearing a red tie and it would win in Wigan.

Aye,, or a donkey, they would vote a donkey in, if it was a Labour donkey ....

Leigh broke the mold though didn't they, electing a Conservative MP

Andy Burnham says it would be "impossible" to lift stricter lockdown restrictions in Wigan despite the borough having the lowest infection rate in Greater Manchester.

Slime ball Burnham was always known for sitting on the fence, just like Kinnock did in the miners strike. He is a Labour yes man but it seems he has now jumped off the fence to apologize to minority Asian folk about spoiling some religious bunkum.
Some people still think the sun shines out of his rear end.

BB thats why people call him a good politician Why if we are paying over £2million for him to be mayor of Manchester(including his deputy /staff and offices) do we need a mayor in all the other 9 boroughs
