Some teachers have far more anti views than me.
As for my colleagues in a previous life !!!! There were some real diamonds who called a spade a spade so to speak. If I offend anyone with MY views - Tuff...come into the real world...open your cloth ears...and see where this country is heading...besides to the Dogs.

Axcroft, what the hells wrong with you? Can't you see the way this country is going and the ordinary person in the street isn't allowed to speak out against it. This country is going to the dogs because of stupid people like you. Go down to your nearest Asda or Tesco, it's like walking into a meeting of the UNITED NATIONS but no, keep paying your income tax and above all keep quiet or you maybe accused of being RASICT heaven forbid.

Someone mentioned "free speech"...but is only free when you don't upset/offend , gay, trans, neutral. bi, black, brown, yellow, asian, oriental ( white is not included ), little people, fat people, travellers and many more I can't think of. People who in the eyes of snowflakes did some kind of wrong to someone.....doesn't matter if it was 200 years ago, they get upset..... So the only folk who are left are white hetrosexual who just happen to be the great MAJORITY in this country......Its about time a goverment grows a pair and sorts this out.....If folk don't like it then f@"k off.

Billinge Biker, thanks for your frank response.  I am as tuned into the wrongs of our country as any one, and agree with much of what you, and others, are saying.  For the record, I deplore all illegal immigration and this government's inaction, the increasing softness of our justice system, the hi-jacking of the BBC / Sky News by political correctness absurdities, mob rule and anarchy in the streets, tolerance of the drug and knife crime culture, open borders, the liberalisation of our way of life, etc, etc.

But sounding out against people just because of their colour, origin, or sexuality, is, to me, abhorrent and repulsive.  If we all judge people by their actions and not the colour of their skin or their nationality, we will all be better off.
  
Brasstoff,  I have no problem with people that are here legally, which is the vast majority.  I wonder how many of those "United Nations" people that you make reference to seeing in Asda and Tesco have just come off a shift in the Covid ward, care home or from their GP or dental practice?

Axcroft...noted. its not an attack on race colour or creed. I have nothing against LGBT. Dont shove it down my throat (so to speak) as if its normal...have your own channels/radio stations/websites etc etc..but for gods sake give joe public a break from it. We are hammered by drug gangs...sexual deviancy. .crime. thefts etc etc...but why are the majority non-english. The do-gooders say its because the blacks and others are targetted...rubbish...they are lazy bone idle thieving gets who should be jailed and deported at the first opportunity...been there...done it..have you ?

It's just that I get so frustrated at being lectured to by people on radio and TV telling us that all this DIVERSITY is what we should be embracing and we should welcome them into our society.
Well I'm sorry but I don't welcome people who have come to scrounge off the taxpayers and I know some work but some of them are clearly unemployable, walking around like tramps in fact some homeless people on the street are better dressed, the foreigners have no interest in the British way of life, no interest in the British language and are only hear for one thing, how much money will you give us for doing nothing.

Brasstoff.  Thanks for your considerate reply and your apologies for that comment.  I think we are all more or less on the same page, in that we feel we are being taken advantage of as a nation.  It's to be hoped that Boris and his government get a grip.  Because it could be "open borders" if Starmer's lot gets in next time around, the way his shadow cabinet are talking.
