to all my aussie compatriots and friends. why dont you slap some leg irons on those poms that have been masquerading as cricketers??if they are allowed to carry on, the good name of sport will be dragged thro the international dirt.leg irons and collar braceletts, and marched into the outback, theres a lot of folks back here would be very garatefull to you.
what a b****y shambles.

No thanks Billy we've got enough bludgers out here as it is. I agree with someone on one of the previous topics, no win no pay.I'm keeping my mouth shut whenever I can for the time being, don't really want anybody to know where I come from it's bloody embarrassing!!!

Actually Billy maybe they would be welcome if only to give the Aussies the batting and bowling practice to maintain that edge. Ever the optomist,I'm giving them another chance when they play the first ODI at the MCG tomorrow. It's going to be close to 40C here in the ACT tomorrow so the best place is going to be in front of TV in a cool lounge room with a couple of coldies. There was very appropriate cartoon in the local paper last weekend,I'll see if I can scan a copy and post it for you.

Don't know if you have heard the latest in the Old Dart but the Aussies have been winding up the Brits that they think they have won the Ashes so they think they should keep the Trophy.

Sounds fair enough to me? Might be a double incentive to the Brits to get off their a****s and do something to win them back!!

you said it keno..what a shamefull display. school kids would have put up a more gutsy display. on second thoughts, school playground sports are not pc correct now, so maybe they would be as big a flops as the seniors.

Come on lads the Ausies were good, we have to admit that! Thats more than they did over here when we won. I also think the Ashes should be held by the holders of them.

I'm with you there Rossy all this crap about it not travelling well, that's what the Aussies played for and it should stay here until they win it back. On current form though don't hold your breath, on the other hand it might not stand the test of time for that long!!!!

If the PC brigade had their way the game would not have been played in the first place as the psychological damage to the loosers would have been too much.

Coccium love it, best post of the day.

Billy - if you have more Money than Time, I am pretty good at spending!!

Keno - you are a politician and a half.
