Members of 723 squadron ATC recieve training certificates.

The officer presenting the certificate was Wing Commander Terry Connell or "Top Cat" as we used to call him. The other officer on left of pic' is Flt. Ltn. Frank Chesworth from Ashton, he went from Wigan to Salford ATC to be their Commanding Officer. E.T.
