Looks like Nathan Battersby, Ron.
There was a Nathan Battersby born at Aspull in July 1824 to John and Ann Battersby.

The surname does look like it could be Battersby but the christian name doesn't look like NATHAN( last two letters don't look like an 'n'? and definitely not NATHANIEL
