The Mayor, Len Sumner and his wife, presented awards to Cadets and the C.O. Phil Riley is stood between them. He has just passed away in South Africa. he was C.O. at Wigan ATC from 1970-80 and emmigrated to S' Africa as a nuclear power engineer to help to build a new Nuclear Power station. I think this photo' is from 1977. E.T.
