Hi Joan, We lived across the main road in Arthur Street, in the terraced houses below the 'Yoyo'. Did you know that area? We lived there until 1960 when they were pulled down, I was 11 then...sshh! I remember the name of your street, it would be on the estate right?
Hi Carol, yes out street was on the estate, and I lived there until I got married in 1971, I married Ronnie Beckett from Walpole Ave.
