Would not be surprised if all the previous photos were of Territorials mustered in 1939. Early pattern BD Blouses, and forage caps, but these two chaps have obviously done it all before, guessing their apparent age. Most likely Wigan Terriers.

Is the man at the back of the chair the same person as the groom in the wedding photo? The eyes look the same, as do the ears.

The man in the chair with the pipe is my Grandad Walter Johnson-brown and the man behind him I think is teddy Turner my grandad Walter was from Aspel and married to Mary and his children where Sylvia Walter jr and joyce
