I've no idea of the identity of the first and last of these three, But the central one is my Grandfather William Unsworth born 1881 In Wigan, to John and Esther(nee Meadows) Unsworth. He was one of eight brothers and sisters, and at the time of this photo would have been living at Pemberton.

This reminds me of a picture of my paternal Grandmother and two other ladies. The background was the same, but the ladies were supposedly in a large barrel. The pic was captioned "a barrel of fun". I'm not sure of the time of the pic, but the early 1900's seems about right.
