Brenda and her family lived next door to my mum's (Doreen Critchley) family at 45 Golborne St Scholes and she married Wilf Bullough who I think had a sewing machine shop in Wigan somewhere, Pemberton? Brenda mated with mum and many others before and after the war.

This is my Auntie Brenda. She married Wilf Bullock but it was his brother Bob, who sadly died earlier this year, that had the sewing machine shop. It was originally on Ormskirk Rd. in Newtown. He later relocated to Library St. then back again to a different location on Ormskirk Rd. where the shop is today run by his son David.

Hi there my name is Carolyne from Lancashire and I've been doing my family tree. I have a Wilfred Bullock 1927 ( my 2 nd Cousin 2 x removed) married to Brenda Simm 1926. I can only find a Doris Bullock 1929 as a sibling and not a Bob. If I've done my tree correct Wilfred father was Alfred E Bullock 1897. Wilfred's Grandfather also called AlfredE Bullock 1873 and he was brother to my 2 nephew Great Grandma Frances Bullock born 1863 Wigan. This is on my mother's Maternal side of family.
