James Rylance (born 1879, Goose Green, died 1957, Skelmersdale). Photo taken c. 1900, year of marriage to Ellen Moorfield. Son of Thomas and Martha Rylance, living at 306 Warrington Road at the time. Previous residences included Northumberland Street, later moved to Harriet Place then Spring Grove. A coal miner from at least 1900 until retirement.
