Nice work, Ian. Why would I mind? She was a playmate of my mum's from the 1920s and they went to school together, but it's no-one I've ever met. The family are still around though -- looks like it's the same people at the farm, though I imagine Mary Longmate (née Mort) is no longer with us, alas! BTW she's put her name and the date and place on the back herself, so I guess this was intended as the equivalent of a postcard to her pals. Look in the schools folder at this site and you might be able to pick her out in a younger incarnation among the kids at Golborne St. Thomas' CofE juniors/infants.
