My cousin Billy Foster with his wife Janet & daughter Dorothy. Pic was sent to my parents & on the back my mother wrote ' Janet & Billy with Dorothy in Alexandra Park, Newtown ' It may have been taken in the 60's ?

Yes Alexandra Park is still there, the photo must have been taken at the side of the park with the railway embankment in the background.

I was at Wigan Grammar school with Bill from 1946 to 1952. He was avery strong prop forward and I was a hooker. Happy days. Is he still around?
