Wigan Album

Taken about 1949 at Ormskirk Road, Holland Moor. Think the pic was taken in Eric's front garden, number 233, on a Walk Sunday. Eric was an only child, well he was when we lived next door. There was a family who lived in the red brick houses in the background of the pic, forgotten the name but they had 3 boys, who always wore clogs...clogs made a nice sound on the flags. Dead give away though when you played Knock an' Run !!
