It would be interesting to research how many of the Officers named came home again.

At least 9 of those named died in the war.

I believe the two lieut James's who are named in the photo are brothers and S James later became a captain,They were both killed in action tragically they had two more brothers who where killed that was four brothers of the same family the reverend C H James the vicar of Haigh St Davids church Aspull
