I remember it well Frank, i lived a short walk from there at the time, i went on the ice but didn't play hockey or ride a bike, walking on it was enough for me thank you.

I think it's Dave Baybutt riding the bike. He was a great speedway and grasstrack rider. He passed away about 12months .He would have been in his early 70s.
