Can anyone supply any names?All the faces are familiar.The man seated second from right may be Ted Taylor from Brookhouse Street,hockey player,amateur actor & window cleaner.
Front row,end right hand Tom Penman next to him Charlie Telford, Charlie had a Toffee Shop in nearby Wellington Street.
That takes me back.... I remember Mr Telford and his wife in their shop in Wellington St. Sometimes on the way to Scholes Pictures we would go in there for toffees. It was a spotless shop.

Thank you for the info.So I was wrong about Ted Taylor,It is a very long time since I was in the club,1951 I think
I remember Ted the window cleaner as well with his bucket and ladder in John St. He used to clean our windows until my mam made me clean them. She would hold onto me while I cleaned the upstairs windows -with me sat on the outside and the sash window pulled up! Talk about child cruelty !!!!****
