I think this was probably taken either before or after St Patrick's Walking Day. The lady appears to be a member of a marching band (her colleagues in background at top of Roscoe St). Children are : myself, my good friend Anthony Pearson, my sister Angela. Does anyone recognise the lady?

She would have been a member of the Blackburn Catholic Pipe band who always accompanied the walkers.
