There seems to be a bit of difference between this and the other Gerrard street, yet both dated at around the same time, any Ashtonians have an explanation, as to why.

this photo is the latest of the two Aitch,the shop on the corner behind the women on the left is still a house in the other photo.

The building next to Royal London Insurance (Lloyds TSB now) is new, you can see the difference with the other photo.
