Looks like Tom Pey, Wigan Borough Chief Constable at front.

Recognise the Brigade leader as Harry Lloyd who used to live in Chancery Street.

Hi Nogger.
Which one do you call the brigade leader,is it the one carrying the mace or the one next to Tom Pey. Margaret and Joan are interested in knowing if this Harry Lloyd is related to Olga.

Hi Brian, yes the chap leading with Tom Pey is Uncle Harry, he can also be seen on the St. Catherines walking day photo page, again with the brigade.

It isn't St Catahrine's Church Lads Brigade it's St Catharine's 5th Wigan Boys Brigade. it is possible my father Alan Hankin was also walking in the bugle section.
