Looking down Millgate towards Chapel Lane in about 1968. The building on the left hand side is the Bath Hotel, The building in the Centre is Wigan Printing Co. and the large building behind is the Gas Works.

I think the building on the left is the Horseshoe rather than the Bath.

Definitely the Bath Hotel, my Grandad used to drink in there.

The Horshoe was round the corner going up to scholes
