Is this a recent photo - been down south for 25 years would love to know if it is still standing

I was the head Barman at the Whitewash when Jimmy and Maggie Lynch were Landlord and Landlady,When Jimmy went out on a Saturday Afternoon especially if Wigan was at home it was very rare we would see Him before closing time,The Vault was the Smallest in Wigan in size,The Singing room was a fair size and was always full at the weekend,Jimmy Johnson played the Piano for quite a few years,The Cellar was a natural one hewed out of rock with a small stream running through it,Ideal for keeping the Beer cool and fresh,The previos Landlord was a Jack Eccleston, After Jimmy and Maggie left a Engine Driver Jimmy Booth got it Followed by Helen Picton. There was some Characters who drank there, I remember Phil Cadman every time you served Him a Pint He would hold it up look at it then run His fingers down the Glass and then Drink,Yes I knew them all it was great fun working there,
