Isn't that Maryin the back of the picture who had the Sweet shop on Higher lane next to the Old Dog Public House. Also wasn't Mary married to ( Ex Wrestler Melvin Wrist)sorry cannot remember correct name. James might Know....!Martin.

Yes that's Mary. She was married to Harry 'Mel Riss' Winstanley. Sadly no longer with us.

Yes it is Mary who had the shop and also Shelia who used to have the chippy in Up holland. Martin how you doing? Do you still live in the area?
