Where and when can anyone help

Here's a picture of My Dad and some of his workmates in the 1960's has anyone got any info who they are and where it was taken. My dad was called Bob Myers and he's the one at the front wearing the blue shirt.
I think Bob Woodcock is the person in the check shirt on the left.

Thanks Ian, I think you maybe right I have been in touch with a mate of my Dad's, Carl Forshaw who told me these names.
Bob Woodcok, Ken Atton, Roger Watley, Ernie Stockley, Perter Leyland, Stuart, Jimmy farrimond, Harold howrth,
Ken Glaze, Dad, Raymond Howarth.
Still have no idea where it was taken.
