Both gents are wearing coloured staff collars , red for production line supervisors or green for more administrative roles . Everyone else would be in plain white except cleaners in brown and fitters in blue . 'Japanese sniper ' caps with a flap on the back for blokes with long hair . Wellies for those in veg prep or the cleaning department .
The cleaners didn't really clean things up in the conventional sense ,
they were more like firemen with ultra high powered steam hoses that more or less obliterated anything in their way .

My Dad used to work there( Kit Green) for about fourteen years, he died in 1979.
He was on the bean line, but we always had H P beans, the sauce was thicker. My be that’s why Poet, they didn’t have Japanese snipers with wellies on!
According to a comparitive website £400 would be worth around £8,000 today, so worthwhile putting in those workplace ideas or suggestions
