Daughters of Golborne pit disaster victim, Raymond Hill, Dawn Hill, 2nd left, and Tina Taylor, with three of Raymond's grandchildren, Shannon Taylor, and Alex and Annalise Isherwood with flowers which were placed on the memorial stone near the former pit entrance.
They were taking part in the 30th anniversary memorial day on Sunday 15th of March 2009 organised by Golborne Ex-Miners Association and their leaders, Eric Foster and Allan Mitchell, who were underground at the time of the explosion which killed ten miners.
