Due to the frost and snow, work slowed down on the day I visited the site. Piling all complete for the new footbridge and just beyond the pipe bridge we have constructed a boom across the river to collect any debris and spillages that may occur.On the East bank can be seen partly filled stone gabions to stabilise the bank.
