I am saddened to hear that Shearings have gone
into administration with the loss of 2500 jobs.

Very sorry about the company going out of business, I went to Killarney and the Ring of Kerry last year with them, and the year before Lake Como, lovely holidays.

More other companies will follow.

The driver appears to be slumped down in his seat, was it a rest stop or was he trying to hide from the camera.

I knew a teacher who drove for Smiths during the summer break, he loved it as he got to visit countries all over Europe and stay in great hotels, and Jack Hollis (the singing milkman and chorister at All Saints Church) would go to Switzerland every year with them.

I have very fond memories of Jack Hollis. He deliverd milk to the shop next door to my school, and then he was our milkman after we got married.
