After a delay of 12 months due to planning consent & design changes, Morrison Construction got the go ahead to commence phase 2 of Wigan FAS.
This view is the entrance off Wigan Lane into Coppull Lane leading down to the site of the new works.
As it was a cul-de-sac, the lane had to be constructed to allow site access vehicles from the main road. This was my 1st visit to site.

Blockbuster video in the background. I used to have a membership there. Those were the days - long before you had Netflix.
