Edward: If you don't mind me asking what's the story with the crash, also your father appeared to like Leylands any particular reasons.
from what I understand there was a milk truck coming down the hill to the rail bridge at gathurst and the tanker was heading under the bridge at which point they crashed and it was a couple of generations back that started the fuel side so im guessing a little but I think it would be due to the fact they where produced so close to our base even now my dad (david booth) runs all leylands till (may them now be daf) bar one in our current fleet we have used others in the past but we always seem to end up back with the trusty Leyland dafs

well from the few I remember that where not leylands/ dafs caused nothing but problems and still do but yes he defiantly knows what he is doing fleet wise
