e swift and j hurst were inspectors over me a few years ago and j webster was inspector over traffic if my memory serves me right.

Alice - Jack Webster was a PC on Wigan Traffic Dept. He retired in the mid 1980s. Sadly he died about ten years ago.
With the exception of the umpire, I served with all these officers on Wigan Division, in the 70s and 80s.
