Photo. taken outside the MARSDEN GROTTO( a pub built into a sea side cave) South Shields. We were working at Plessey in South Shield, training them on the testing of Crossbar Telecommunication Exchange Equipment. Little did we know, that a couple of years down the line, it proved that we were doing ourselves out of a job, as they closed the Wallgate factory...
Anyone knows where john is now let me know. He moved to a Plessey site near to the Herefordshire Wales border in the early 1970's

John was my husband's best man. I do know where he lives now but I am not prepared to put it on here. If you want to leave me some contact details I will forward them to him.
