The Yard,Brings back many happy memories courtesy of our good friend Jack Cunliffe (nearly chocked then)He thought it was a punishment putting racks up,Ha.Used to throw bolts at him when he walked accross the yard in the dark in the morning.He used to say in his high pitched voice,Now Eddie hows this job suiting.(champion Jack)

didn't know this site existed, it brought back a lot of memories of the m/c shop gang. Cotty, Bishy, Ken Hindley, Jimmy Austin, Jack Melling, Charlie Morgan ( he called the apprentices " Charlies Chickens" ) Eugene ( Joe ) Copus and many more. I have some photos of this time, i might dig them out and post them.
