The first man on the left is my grandfather Tommy Croft from Downall Green ,North Ashton I think they worked the Basket pits in the area

My Grandfather Joseph Bibby worked in the mines, his family came from Wigan. Does anyone know the Bibby Family coal miners?

I have a photograph of a taken in exactly the same position as this but with a different group of men. Even the plants are the same. I think it was at the miners home Blackpool. Do you know what year this was taken.
