I think this was Class 3 not sure of the teachers name I know she got married and Mrs Walmsley rings a bell but could be totally wrong. This was 1977 as it has this on the photo frame, year of the Queen's Silver Jubilee.
My god what a blast from the past,look at my hair oh no.

Is this teacher the former Elizabeth Welsby who grew up at 22 Gibson Street?
I am the teacher and I was Miss Wright until December 1975 when I married and became Mrs Yates.

OMG i recognise you Pauline Mcgovern 30 year on , i also remember that summer of 77, boy it it was so hot, but them long hot summers eh, i also recognise the school curtains in the background, and i remember the writing in the hall about pontius pilate, hope all is well x

janine pitman, nee DILIGENT,i was at this school in 1977, i remember standing watching the (late) queen on the jubilee , we moved down south in 1978 due to my dad;s job , nice to find photos of when i went to school
