I never knew there were girls at St John Fisher at that time, as it was a boy's only school up till the mid sixties. My brother went there after age 11. I'm talking about the school at Beech Hill though, don't know if there was another one.

Albert. Have you got the right school? I was there in 1957 and it was a boys secondary modern.

I am sorry. I have made a mistake in the name of the school. The school is St Thomas Moore.

It looks like st Thomas more rc school
I was a pupil at John fisher in 1957. Is there an association I can communicate with that covers that period to 1961 ?
