Hi Sam! Are you the lad who was in a beat group with the likes of Terry Rimmer and Derek Marshall? You had an odd band name something like The Trogladites.
Someone told me recently that Dave (Subby) Sumner had passed away. Do you know if that’s true? Also, I heard David Sherrington is in a London nursing home. Do you know how he is?

Yes it is the same Sam Bass who was in the group you mention and they were called the Minx. I'm very sorry to say that Sam passed away in July 2018, sadly missed
