Ronnie Hart related that He and his twin brother Oliver attended this school and as 13 year old boys in 1926 and during the 1926 general strike with no buses available were sent to school in a pony cart and having left the pony tethered to a drainpipe and due to it's " Droppings" were censured by the headmaster and sent home until the strike was over

Was Oliver Hart the father of Virginia Hart friend of Susan Bridge of WGHS.?

Both Oliver and Ronnie became Speedway Riders.. Oliver was World Champion at one time
