Trophies 1953/4.
Lancashire Schools FA Championship Trophy, Wallwork Cup Wigan and District Soccer Championship, Wigan and District School Boys Athletic Championship, Wigan and District School Boys Cross Country Championship, Wigan and District Schools Relay Cup, Wigan and District Cricket Shield.
Note: This was the first year that the school had taken part in the Athletics events and the trophies gained were as a result of hard work by the paticipants coupled with the dedication perseverance and commitment of Mr Bill Cockran who made this possible within one year.
