Think Joe Dunne is 2nd from right he lived in silver st and worked in Belshaws shop on darlington st,he emigrated to australia in the 70,s and is still there
You are quite right Anne Joe came home for a visit a few months ago and he came to see Frank his sister lives near us he has been back a few times and always comes to see him
Would have loved to have seen him when my sister Lilian went over in the late 60,s she went to a club and he was there.His sister Mary came in the market when i worked there and said she bring him next time but the music stall closed 4years ago.When he worked for Derek Belshaw i used to go in and say hi joe what y know .He worked his way back over on ship and i made him and his friend chips say hello to him when you speak .
